We are hiring for the following part-time and full-time positions to work in our California-based group practice:

• Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

• Associate Clinical Social Worker

• Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Our office is located in Sacramento and we currently offer therapy services in-person and via telehealth. Clinicians are expected to meet with clients via telehealth and in-person (at our Sacramento office), based on scheduling and availability. All applicants must be registered with and be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Individual and group supervision is provided to all associates, and consultations are offered to all team members. The practice offers a steady referral stream of clients, administrative and billing support, and full marketing and advertising services. This allows our clinicians to focus on building their caseloads and on client care.

The pay range for team members ranges from $40-100 per session and is based on clinical experience, licensure status, and time employed with the practice. Other benefits include paid time off, healthcare including dental and vision, support in professional development, and a 401K option.
