Insurance we take
We're in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, CuraLinc (EAP), Kaiser Permanente, Optum, Sutter, TRICARE, TriWest (VA Community Care), UMR and UnitedHealthcare. Have your insurance card ready when you reach out and we'll verify your coverage before your first session. Please note: at this time, we are only able to accept PPO and EPO plans. For EAPs, our contracts are limited; please contact us for more information.

- We'll guide you through questions regarding your coverage. Your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible depends on your specific plan. For more in-depth questions regarding mental health benefits, please contact your insurance company to confirm mental health sessions are included in your plan.
- We don't currently accept Medi-Cal plans.
