Sports psychology & mental performance

Strengthen your mental game

Sports psychology helps athletes and active people build the mental skills to manage pressure, recover from setbacks and stay motivated. It's about confidence, focus and resilience, in your sport and in the rest of your life.

Our therapists combine clinical training with specialized mental performance training, so we can work on performance and on mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, grief and relationship stress.
