About Jen
Jen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She helps people reach their goals, whether that's optimizing a relationship, making a career change, managing grief, or just feeling better overall. She also works with couples and families, and adjusts her approach to meet clients wherever they are.
Beyond direct therapy, Jen supervises a team of licensed and pre-licensed clinicians and takes pride in building a diverse team that reflects the community we serve. She also specializes in therapy for other mental health providers, and consults with therapists starting or growing a private practice.
Before starting her practice, Jen was a clinical director at a community-based healthcare provider, overseeing programs serving youth and young adults. She also counseled undergraduate and graduate students at the University of California, and managed an outpatient program for clients with autism and related conditions like ADHD. She has experience with addiction, anger, domestic violence and trauma.
Jen earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis, a master's in forensic psychology from San Francisco State University, and a master's in counseling psychology from the University of San Francisco.
